Condolence From: Ian Hill
Condolence: Jim, was not only my uncle but he was my friend and in a mentor. I had the opportunity to live with my grandparents in Rumson one summer twenty three years ago. Jim would come up and see me every few weeks. That was the type of uncle he was. I looked up to him. He was always there for my brothers and I growing up and as adults. I speak for everyone when I say losing him is a loss for us all. He will be sincerely missed!!!

Condolence: My sincere sympathies to the James A. Hill Family. I knew Jim as a competitive tennis player at The Winchester Indoor Tennis Center. Although we played with different groups, we would meet in the locker room to stretch and warm up. We always had a story or episode in each others lives to share and chuckle over. I will remember the glint in his eye and his hesitating laugh as we passed comments. Jim, will be sadly missed by his tennis friends at the Winchester Courts.

Condolence: I am very sorry to hear the sad news. I am Jim's cousin. Our moms were sisters. We were both named after our moms' brother James, who tragically died at age 13. Jim was a great guy and very intelligent. I'll always remember our summertime visits to his house in Rumson when we were kids. I loved spending time with Jim and his parents. I always learned a lot from them. Those were good times.

Condolence: To the Hill family, I’m so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Jim while working on a project last year. He was kind, helpful, and always went out of his way to share his knowledge to anyone that asked. He was very passionate and extremely knowledgeable. He taught me a lot and served as an inspiration for continued learning and I’m grateful for that.
