Of Arlington. Passed away peacefully on October 8, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Joseph DeSantis and Clara (Longo). Beloved wife of 62 years to Ralph J. McCarron, Jr. Loving mother of Maureen Bueddeman and her husband Greg of Concord, NH, Eileen Courtney and her husband Dennis of Woburn, and Ralph J. McCarron III and his wife Ann of Arlington. Dear sister of Corrine Naples and Marie Tardo of Medford, and the late Edward DeSantis and his surviving wife MaryJo of Saugus. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Kara, Greg, Kim, and Bryan, and great-grandmother to Madison. Rosemary is also survived by a large extended family that includes many loving cousins, nieces and nephews who she cherished immensely. Rosemary loved spending time with her family and friends in Maine, Lake Winnipesaukee, and her second place she called home, Cape Cod. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Rt. 60 (adjacent to St. Agnes Church) ARLINGTON, MA on Saturday at 9am followed by her funeral Mass in St. Agnes Church, Arlington at 10am. Interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8pm. Rosemary’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Winchester Nursing Center, for their care and kindness shown to their wife and mother.
