I don't know how many lives Kay touched but I am sure it is countless. She was such an irrepressibly upbeat person. She certainly touched my life as young intern at Arthur D Little while working on my Master's Degree in the early 80's She and all "the ladies" in tech services were like another set of moms interested in us and our futures and always rooting for us. I have so many warm memories of my times there but my favorite is Kay and the others urging me to drop what what I was doing to take a spur of the moment trip to Quebec to be a courier for something that had to get delivered for a consulting job that day. I was low man on the totem pole so easiest to send. But what about my date tonight with Jeff? (who I had just met) - take him was the answer. I did and we've been married for over 33 years. Kay lived simply but had such a big heart and a great sense of humor. I will always carry her in my memories
