of Arlington, died peacefully on March 29, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 54 years to Carol A. (Butler) of Arlington. Loving father of Anne McGrail and her husband Edward of Weymouth, Amy Carroll and her husband John of Wilmington, Caitlin Smith and her husband Paul Warkentin of Arlington, and John Thomas Smith, III and his wife Becky of Brunswick, ME. Proud ‘Grampy’ of James, Emily, Matthias, and Cecelia. Dear brother of Phyllis, Judith, Eugene, and the late Jerome and Mary Smith. Tom is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
