Of Medford, passed away peacefully on June 8, 2018. Born in Chelsea, MA to the late Trofim Tchoruk and Mary (Salwanowicz). Beloved wife of the late John J. Phillips. Loving mother of Stephen Phillips and his wife Nancy of Medford, and David Phillips and his campanion Enrique of Valencia, Spain. Cherished grandmother “Babci” of Sarah Phillips of Charlestown and Kate Phillips Donovan and her husband Ryan of Wilmington. Dear sister of the late Sophie Zullo, Jane Juliano, Monica Thacker, and Albert and Theodore Bazylewicz. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Late WWII Army Veteran. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Rt. 60 (Adjacent to St. Agnes Church) ARLINGTON on Friday at 9am. Funeral Mass in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford at 10 am. Burial to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8pm.
