Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Kathleen Benjamin can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

My Mother

Kathleen Ann Benjamin was more than just a Mother, she was also a Daughter to Pheobe and Henry McArdle of Boston, as well as a loving Sister to, Dolores, Lorraine, Patrick, Carol and Ron.  She had two daughters, Cheryl and Kathleen, and a Stepson, David. Her six Grandchildren whom she loved dearly.  Kylie, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Brian, Christoher and Elijah.  She was also loved by many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and friends of her community.

My Mother had a kind soul and loved to welcome people in her home, and if someone ever needed a place to stay, rest assure the door was always open!  She also loved to feed people and could crochet just about anything.

A few things I would like to share about my Mother:  She overcame many obtacles including surving breast cancer.  She also struggled with other numerous health issues, but always managed to smile.  Unfortunetely, she lost her Daughter Cheryl just two years ago and was unable to bounceback from her own ailments.  They were more than Mother and Daughter, they were two peas in a pod.

Ma, thank you for always being so kind and loving. You were the strongest and most giving Mother a Daughter could ever ask for.  Until we meet again.  I love you, Always, Kathleen
